Shane Bilardi is a corporate finance lawyer based in Melbourne and a member of our financial institutions group.
Shane is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and equity raisings for public and private companies with a particular focus on takeovers and schemes of arrangement. He also has expertise in the Corporations Act, the ASX Listing Rules and Takeovers Panel proceedings.
Shane has advised on a number of takeovers, including Hewlett Packard’s bid for Tower Software Engineering and Baxter Group’s takeover by Transpacific Industries Group. He has also been involved in a number of Takeover Panel applications including those involving SteriCorp, NewSat, Auspine and Datadot Technology.
Shane joined our Melbourne practice in 2004 and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
