Gareth Munnick is a banking and finance lawyer based in Sydney.
Gareth focuses on capital markets transactions and other finance transactions and structures. Gareth has experience in DMTN programmes, debt funding, restructuring and syndicated loan transactions for banks and corporate clients. Gareth previously worked in our Johannesburg office in South Africa as an associate.
Gareth holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Cape Town. Gareth has also completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree at the University of Sydney focused on banking and finance law.
