The environment we operate in is becoming more complex, challenging and competitive. We are asked to solve problems more creatively and to find new innovative solutions. Can we all harness our creativity? Absolutely. Many people believe creative ability is a trait inherent in one’s genes when in fact evidence supports the opposite. This session will explore how to foster creativity and how to question assumptions when new problems are presented.
During this session we will look at:
- Exploring the common beliefs about creativity
- Using process to develop creative thinking
- Applying tools and techniques in practise
