When we feel confident we tend to radiate positive energy, but the truth is that we all tend to have an area where we feel less confident.

These bouts of insecurity can have an impact on your performance, no one is immune to them, but they don’t have to hold you back.

We will explore how you can build and portray a more confident approach, and give you strategies that will help you develop.

By the end of this session, you should:

• Be aware of what confidence looks and feels like

• Understand the barriers to feeling and behaving confidently and the impact it has on your success at work

• Have identified your own areas of development

• Have acquired tools and techniques to boost your levels of confidence
