Handling redundancies | Employment academy

This session will look at what steps should be taken when carrying out redundancies, whether collective or individual, to avoid potential employment tribunal claims. The Employment Law Academy is aimed at less experienced in-house employment lawyers and HR professionals and the aim is to go through well-known employment law documents and processes to ensure attendees understand the significance of all of their provisions and steps. The session is relaxed and informal in a small group.
